Hello! I'm Stephanie, nice to meet you!

I am here to help you find your way - with empathy, understanding, evidence-based therapy models and an individual approach tailored to your personal needs. I get feedback that I provide a gentle and caring space for people to feel seen and heard, and to help people explore what they have been through and where they want to go in life.

I specialize in trauma processing, anxiety and depression. I help people clarify what they want out of life and what the steps toward their goals are.

Continual Learning. Self-Reflection. Accountability.

Positionality Statement

I am a white, heterosexual, neuro-spicy, cisgender woman. I recognize that my positionality in this world gives me certain advantages and some challenges. My hope is to continue to learn, engage and improve my understanding of others' intersectional experiences to allow more equity for all. I am here to support my clients, whatever your background is, through cultural humility and genuine care. I want what is best for you, and you're the one who knows what that is; I can just help uncover it.
